At Inner Resilience EMDR, my mission is to empower individuals to overcome emotional distress and trauma through the transformative power of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. I am dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care that fosters healing, resilience, and personal growth. My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where clients can embark on their journey to thriving, becoming their best and improving their lives.

Services

Sessions are fully online and they last about 1.5 hours. I offer a free of charge 30 minutes call where we can explore if EMDR is for you. In this session, I will explain how EMDR works, and we could estimate the number of sessions that would be required.

Whats EMDR?

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a proven psychotherapy approach that helps people heal from trauma and emotional difficulties. Using guided eye movements or bilateral stimulation, it enables the brain to reprocess distressing memories, reducing their emotional impact. Developed in the 1980s, EMDR is effective for treating not only trauma but also anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, fears, and emotional blockages. By targeting the root causes, it fosters fast, lasting relief and empowers individuals to build emotional resilience and well-being.

EMDR therapy offers numerous benefits for individuals struggling with emotional distress and trauma. One of the primary advantages is its ability to rapidly reduce the intensity of distressing memories, allowing clients to process and integrate these experiences in a healthier way.
